I have seen the hotel people tell them off for it but there seems to be more repercussions as it kept ongoing.

There is nothing wrong with that except for the fact that they burn incense everyday with the front doors open so the hallway is literally full of smoke. This hotel is full of middle eastern people. The first room literally had a view of a building wall and hence had no sunshine at all. When I checked into the room, the room wasn't clean so I was moved into a different room. In addition, the room temp is at 23-25c which makes the smell even more nauseating and it feels really hot and uncomfortable (and I usually enjoy warm rooms). Which means the kitchenette in the hotel rooms smell, and the hallways smell like food.
One thing you have to really understand about this hotel is that it is a residence hotel. 16, 2018 I stayed in this place for 2 weeks and don't plan on coming back here. For this price point this hotel is the worst I’ve ever been to and I won’t be coming back when there are many other options in Seoul.Ĥ.0 Regular Check-in dic.
Unfortunately for them my wife is mixed Korean and has lived here for many years so they couldn’t bs us. When we called to the front desk to see what’s going on they were hardly apologetic probably do to the fact that we are foreigners. Check out isn’t for another 4 hours or so, so that is never ok. The last straw was when house keeping barged in our room at 8am on a Saturday morning. Even with all this, we didn’t complain to the front desk. Multiple outlets and the phone to call down to the front desk were not working. The kitchen area is a decent size but the accessories are old and dirty. The room was not even fully cleaned for check in and you could tell it wasn’t preped for the new customer. Then we noticed what looked like someone sprayed red wine all over the ceiling. Check in was fine until we realized we weren’t given the toiletries kit. But that’s pretty much all this place has going for it. 12, 2019 The hotel location is decently located near the subway so that is nice.
